I can’t say enough good things about Mad Tech Diesel Workz in Rancho Cucamonga! I took my 2018 Dodge RAM 2500 in after noticing some performance issues and I was blown away by the service I received. Trenton and Drew were incredibly knowledgeable and it took them a few minutes from the time I arrived to tell me what the issue was. They didn’t just fix the problem they explained everything in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated as someone who needs their truck but isn’t a mechanic. The shop itself is what you would expect and clearly run by people who care about what they do. They got my truck in quickly, fixed my issue and a few other things and had it back to me faster than I expected!! The pricing was fair, and they even pointed out a couple of maintenance items I should keep an eye on to avoid bigger problems down the road. No pushy upselling, just honest advice from folks who know diesel engines inside and out. My truck’s running better than it has in months, and I’m already planning to bring it back for routine maintenance. I have a Japanese import van (Mazda Bongo) that was losing power and acting up. Most shops I called weren't willing to take a look at it. Trenton told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. He was able to fix it for me quickly and at a really good price, even though he wasn't familiar with my particular van. I highly recommend this shop. They are honest, kind and know what they're doing!
